Tampa Devs - Hackathon with TADHacks
We will be hosting a hackathon this year! It will be through TADHAcks, a telecommunications hackathon!
It's FREE to attend with alot of potential cash prizes! Plus free food and catering too.
https://tadhack.com/2022/
What is a hackathon?
Think of a hackathon as a place where people get together to build a mini startup, over the course of 2 days. You have designers, developers, business analyst, and idea bringers who make it come to life.
The theme is telecommunications related - think video conferencing, SMS and phone call tools etc. Past projects include things like building a phone app to send you a daily fun quote of the day by SMS, or a robot controlled with built in video feeds.
You can check out the event we hosted last year:
https://www.meetup.com/TampaDevs/events/280476735/
Anyone is welcome to attend, of all skills levels in tech. You don't need to be a seasoned developer, beginners are encouraged to come!
This is a great place to learn from others in different disciplines, and to learn how software products are shipped out in the industry.
